We offer a wide range of services for Medicaid-approved individuals aged 21 and older. To qualify, clients must meet medical necessity criteria, demonstrate financial eligibility, and be eligible for nursing home placement but prefer to remain at home. Our services are designed to support these individuals in maintaining independence within their own homes. Key services include personal assistance with activities such as bathing and dressing, as well as respite care for primary caregivers. Eligibility is determined by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services Commission.
